Developmental Disabilities Services (Pending State Approval)
Canaan Comfort Home Care LLC is preparing to offer Developmental Disabilities Services through the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD).
These Medicaid Waiver Programs are designed to help individuals with developmental disabilities receive support while living and participating in their communities.
Services may include:
Community Living Support
Assistance with daily activities that promote independence and community involvement.
Community Integration Nursing Services
Support that helps individuals participate in educational, vocational, recreational, and social activities within their communities.
Our goal is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live meaningful and fulfilling lives while receiving the support they need.
Nursing Services
Professional nursing care tailored to the individual’s medical needs.
Respite Care
Temporary relief services that provide family caregivers with much-needed support and time to rest.
